Mashiso Asian Grille, Inc. in North Olmsted, OH is looking for crew members to join our team. We are located at 24954 Brookpark Road, North Olmsted, OH, just seconds from Great Northern Mall. Our ideal candidate is personable, motivated, reliable, and hard-working.

New hires at Mashiso Asian Grille will be paid a bonus after reaching 90 days of employment. The bonus will be equal to $1/hour worked over your first 90 days.

All Team members at Mashiso Asian Grille also receive cash tips averaging at least an additional $2.00/hour worked

Total compensation of $14-$16/hour

Mashiso Asian Grille is a local company with 2 locations looking to build a great staff and promote from within.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in our counter service quick serve concept
• Explain our unique menu items to customers
• Keep a clean dining room and kitchen area
• Some light food prep

Qualifications

• 1 year of Quick Service Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
• Friendly, attentive, and reliable a must.

Job Description

As a Crew member you will be responsible for food service and portioning as well as maintaining a clean work area in our open kitchen and dining room. Additional responsibilities will include some food preparation. An emphasis will be placed on friendly service and the ability to work at a fast pace when needed . Experience in a quick service environment is preferred, but not required. Grill/cooking experience also needed!
