What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Asst III position at Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation?
Under the direction of the Executive Director of Business Operations & Development and the Tribal Managers Office, the incumbent performs varied administrative duties. The Administrative Assistant will compile reports, collect data, assist in budget preparation, process invoices, manage schedules, arrange travel and more. This person is highly organized, exercises great discernment, and is a strong relationship builder. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the day to day operational aspects of the office, as well as providing any support for special projects or requests from the Executive Director of Business Operations & Development. This position must be able to maintain confidentiality as the incumbent will be privy to sensitive information around MPGE, MPTN, and the Tribal Community as a whole. Associates Degree, plus six (6) years of high level independent administrative work experience is required. Experience with project leadership and planning as well as managing an office budget is highly desirable. Must be highly organized and detail oriented. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Oracle/EPM, AmEX GBT, and Egencia is a plus.
