At MashaAI Connect, we’re transforming how solar companies grow. Our AI Calling Agents handle 200 calls per hour, booking appointments and closing deals on autopilot . Solar companies lose millions to missed calls and poor follow-ups — we fix that.
We’re now hiring a high-energy Field Sales Rep to bring our AI directly to solar companies and close deals face-to-face.
What You’ll Do
✅ Visit solar businesses in person, demo our AI agents, and close deals on the spot.
✅ Educate owners on how AI can 10x appointments & cut costs.
✅ Own the entire sales cycle — prospect → pitch → close.
✅ Represent the future of sales clean energy.
Compensation (Commission-Only)
This role has no base salary — your earnings are 100% commission-based.
- 10% commission per closed deal = $600 per sale.
- Average deal size = $6,000 license $1,000/month ongoing.
- Close 4–5 deals/month = $2,500–$3,000 commission.
- BONUS: Close more than 2 deals/month → earn extra $300 bonus.
- No income cap — your hustle = your paycheck.

Who You Are
- A natural closer who thrives face-to-face.
- Hungry, ambitious, and money-driven.
- Sales experience in solar, SaaS, or field sales is a plus.
- Based in/near Los Angeles, CA (ready to hit the streets).
