Description
We are looking for a Level-2 TS/SCI-cleared Source Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role will be embedded in one of the government teams performing a traditional collection management role.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of related GEOINT work experience, or 2 years with a relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with GIMS and its functionalities such as, but not limited to: GIN Creation, GIN Modifications, Dissemination Rules, or OOI Query
- Familiarity with analyzing data to identify patterns and drawing conclusions for complex GEOINT problems.
- Familiarity with implementing situation-driven (ad hoc) strategies to effectively perform GEOINT collection
- Familiarity with evaluating or testing new capabilities and procedures in GIMS
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to take a CI polygraph exam
- Able to work on client site in Northern Virginia 40-hours a week
- Highschool Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multiple intelligence types (SIGINT, OSINT, ELINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT)
- Experience supporting the development of automated collection strategies
- Ability to maintain a Supplier Management database as well as technical data within GIMS
- Willingness to provide crisis support for “must have” collection
Security Clearance Requirement:
- Active TS/SCI, with a willingness to take a polygraph test.
Salary Range: $113,000 based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements
