Description

We are looking for an Expert-level TS/SCI-cleared GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to join our team. 

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• 10 yrs experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data including support to real-time and activity-based collection
• 7 years of experience managing large multi-source data sensemaking, assessing metrics associated with model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists
• Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies which derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets
• Experience with multi-tasking for day-to-day operations within a program management and professional environment in several geographically separated locations
• Experience with NSG focus areas and collection management structures, including NSG/IC collaborative tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualization
• Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies to address complex or unusual intelligence problems    
• Ability to support research phase of Information Need development and understand impacts of phenomenology on tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT
• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures
• HS diploma or GED

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materials
• Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
• Experience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
• Operational experience with vector data.

Security Clearance Requirement:

• ​​Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph (CI Poly can be scheduled after Indoc)

Salary Range: $158,000 based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements

Salary : $158,000 - $168,000
