HVAC Routine Preventative Maintenance Coordinator

Duties

• Develop and coordinate comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC equipment to maximize efficiency and lifespan.
• Conduct detailed inspections of air conditioning units.
• Oversee repair activities by coordinating service technicians' efforts in HVAC system repair, installation, and equipment repair tasks using hand tools and specialized diagnostic tools.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for parts procurement related to HVAC equipment repairs or upgrades involving ammonia refrigeration or other specialized systems.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a strong background in HVAC repair.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members.
• Stong Admin skills with experience in Corrigo, Service Channel, and Excel.
