We're currently looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our GMC/Cadillac team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent two of the industry's most respected brands while building a rewarding career with a company that invests in your success.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of GMC and Cadillac vehicles, technology, features, and accessories
• Learn and represent Mastria Auto Group's history, culture, and core values
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process with professionalism and confidence
• Demonstrate vehicle features, infotainment systems, navigation, Bluetooth, safety technology, and connectivity
• Review owner's manuals, warranties, and vehicle care information with customers
• Introduce customers to the dealership and the full range of services Mastria offers
• Build lasting relationships through consistent follow-up and outstanding customer service
• Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional buying and ownership experience

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is driven, personable, and eager to build a successful career in automotive sales. While previous automotive experience is helpful, it is not required. If you have a passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we'd love to meet you.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or another customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and succeed
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Stable work history
• Valid U.S. driver's license
