- Significant experience supporting broad client groups and executive leaders at the C-suite and EVP level
- Experience supporting Operations and/or Commercial functions
- Proven track record advising on executive talent, org development, succession, and transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting M&A, integration, or enterprise transformation efforts preferred
- Lean, operating system, or continuous improvement experience beneficial
- Experience bringing to bear data, digital tools, or AI-enabled insights to support talent and organizational decisions is a plus
