Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and support to Masco business units as part of the R&D team.
- Design, build, and calibrate testing equipment and fixtures for product evaluation.
- Execute ISO17025-compliant tests and maintain accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement new testing methodologies aligned with business needs.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product testing or related engineering roles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute test methods for product attributes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present results clearly.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required for equipment handling.
