Kitchen Manager needed for School Food Service in the Bernardsville, NJ area. Monday through Friday, day shift, 7.5 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off!
K-12 experience is a plus. Must be able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools. Comfortable working in a fast paced, team setting.
Duties to include:
- Over seeing kitchen operations.
- Following recipes according to the guidelines of the NSLP.
- Food preparation, cooking.
- Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times.
- Enforce that the use of personal protective equipment is in use at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness.
- Oversee kitchen staff, and staffing needs.
