What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook needed for School Food Service position at Maschio's Food Service?

Cook needed for school food service in the Pompton Lakes/ Bloomingdale, NJ area. Monday through Friday, day shift, 5 to 7 hours daily. No weekends or holidays, summers off!

ServSafe® certification a plus. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.

Cooking experience required, K-12 a plus
Prepare hot and cold meals
Follow menus and recipes according to the NSLP guidelines.
Adhere to all safety and food handling procedures.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
