What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook / Manager Needed position at Maschio's Food Service?
Cook/ Manager needed for School food service program in the Rockaway Twp, NJ area. K - 12 experience a plus. Monday through Friday. Part time position, day shift 5 to 6 hours daily. No weekends or Holidays. Summers off.
Must be organized. Able to multitask and lead in a positive manner. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.
Duties to include:
- Food preparation
- Cooking
- POS systems
- Following recipes according to the NSLP guidelines.
- Stocking
- Ordering
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen.
- Following all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure Personal protection equipment is used at all times.
- Inventories
- Oversee kitchen area and staff, etc.
