Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles, including manual transmission trucks, to transport freight safely and efficiently.
- Navigate routes effectively to ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and vehicle inspections.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety standards are met.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays or issues encountered during transport.
Experience
- Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver’s license
- Experience in route driving and delivery driver roles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to perform manual labor associated with loading and unloading livestock safely

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
