Join an innovative, mission-driven organization redefining primary care for seniors through compassionate, relationship-centered, value-based medicine. We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our growing team in Baltimore following a physician transition.

Our care model is designed around smaller patient panels, interdisciplinary collaboration, and proactive wellness-focused care for Medicare-eligible adults and underserved senior communities.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary ranging from $250,000 for new graduates/residents up to $295,000 for experienced physicians
- Annual Incentive Bonus with achievable performance goals and recent physician payouts ranging from $45,000 to $85,000
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active or eligible Maryland medical license
- Technologically savvy physician strongly preferred
- Experience in value-based care is a significant plus
