Role Details & Locations:

• Travel: Travel to nursing homes in Florida.
  

• Locations:
  

• Pan Handle (from Tallahassee to Fort Walton Beach) – 3 days a week
  

Schedule Options:

• Flexible schedule, with full-time and part-time availability.
  

• Working autonomously.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

The practice offers two compensation structures:

• 1099 Contractor:
  

• Daily compensation of $500 - $1500 depending on patient volume.
  

• 50% of collections.
  

• Covers commuter costs and lodging.
  

• Malpractice coverage / stipend options available.
  

• Employed Position (W-2, implied by benefits):
  

• Competitive base plus productivity incentive.

Requirements:

• Board certified or board eligible.
  

• Current medical license in the state of Florida or willing to obtain.
