Pediatric Pulmonologist
Our client is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Pulmonologist to join their well-established practice in Naples, FL. This position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work in a pediatric-focused practice.
Salary, Compensation & Benefits
Starting base salary of $225,000/year with quarterly bonus (potential for $280,000 - $300,000 first year income)

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide pediatric pulmonology care in both clinic and hospital settings.
Manage clinic patients (18-22 per day - clinic days only) and hospital consults/rounds (2-5 consults, 10-12 clinic patients during call weeks).
Participate in a Thursday to Thursday call schedule every 3 weeks, including in-person hospital rounds in the mornings.
Collaborate with a team of 5 providers.
Utilize EMR systems.
Requirements
MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology.
New graduates are preferred and welcome to apply.
Must be able to obtain a Florida state license.
Willingness to work in Fort Myers and Naples, FL locations.
