Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Miami, FLWe are seeking a full-time primary care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to work in our practice. The ideal candidate will have clinical primary care experience. This is an 100% outpatient position with office hours from 8am to 5pm, M-F. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure safe; effective and efficient patient care delivery; and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.Continuously monitors quality patient care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.Provides leadership in the practice location.Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) are required to function consistent with Florida LawProvides treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and provides care coordination.
