We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will involve overseeing medical exams and conducting physicals within our 56-bed unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct medical exams and physicals for patients in the unit.
Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
Manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No on-call duties
Requirements:
Valid and current Nurse Practitioner certification.
Experience in family practice and performing physical exams.
Behavioral health experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
