An established, state-of-the-art award-winning patient care facility is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team! The practice offers a great life/work balance while providing quality care to a geriatric patient population. They focus on quality not quantity! The incoming physician will see 10-15 patients per day.
The ideal candidate will be Fluent in English/Spanish in Family Medicine. They strive to provide top quality care to their patients through practicing preventive medicine and following the latest published medical guidelines.

Primary Care Physician - Summary
- Seeing 10 to 15 patients per day
- Detect and manage chronic diseases
- Develop patient strategy to reduce hospitalization and ER visits
- Collaborate with Case Managers and Specialty Providers
- Educate patients on the value of compliance
Primary Care Physician - Qualifications
- Completed US residency program
- Experience in value based care
- Board Certified in Family Medicine- Required
- Full, unrestricted Florida Medical License
- DEA
- Fluent in English and Spanish - Required
- Comfortable using E clinical works (EMR)
