Concierge Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Boca Raton, FL
A premier physician-owned, membership-based practice is seeking one or two highly skilled, dedicated, and Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physicians. The practice focuses on delivering personalized, evidence-based care with an emphasis on prevention, early detection, and long-term wellness for a limited panel of engaged patients. This full-time, outpatient-only position offers unhurried appointments, allowing physicians time to connect, educate, and provide high-touch, relationship-driven care.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $280,000 - $325,000 per year, plus bonuses.
Benefits Package:
Health insurance (50% employer-covered).
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage for 3 years.
401(k) with a 4% company match.
Continuing Medical Education (CME): $3,000 and 3 paid days.
Paid Time Off (Vacation): 120 hours in year one, 160 hours in year two.
Requirements
Qualification: MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
License/Certification: Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience: Preferably at least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience.
Relocation: Ability to relocate to Boca Raton, FL (Required).
