What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics position at MASC Medical Recruitment Firm?
Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time | $80K–$105K Up to $50K in Bonuses
New Grads Welcome
Tired of being a PT-mill hamster? Treat 1.5 patients per hour (~12/day) — not 3 or 4 — in a high-energy outpatient ortho clinic with a built-in referral pipeline from on-site physicians and surgeons. You’ll actually get to practice manual therapy, not just hand out resistance bands.
The Schedule (You Pick)
Steady, predictable caseload. State-of-the-art equipment and modalities. A collaborative team that actually likes coming to work. And a comp structure that rewards you for doing the job well — not for cramming 30 patients into a day.
Apply today — we’re interviewing this week.
