- Work a Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours with no hospital call.
- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and musculoskeletal assessments with an emphasis on evidence-based clinical care.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of orthopedic injuries and conditions, including fractures, joint issues, and degenerative bone diseases.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment and care plans tailored to patient needs and recovery goals.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date medical records, ensuring timely completion of notes and charting.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, radiologists, and specialty physicians.
- Provide clear, compassionate communication with patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients on their orthopedic conditions, recovery expectations, preventive care, and rehabilitation options.
- Actively licensed physician in good standing in the State of Texas.
- Current BLS certification, board certification, and DEA certification.
- 2 years of practice experience is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Verbal and written Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
- Efficient time management in a busy clinic setting.
- Full adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations and ethical considerations of the practice of medicine.
Salary : $600,000 - $700,000
