Compensation & Benefits
- Year 1 Base Salary: $500,000 – $550,000 (negotiable based on experience).
- Income Potential: Expected total take-home income of $750,000 to over $1,000,000 annually.
- Partnership Track: Clear partnership opportunity for clinicians (may involve a buy-in).
- Production Incentives: RVU-based bonuses available.
- Signing & Relocation: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered.

Education & Training:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree (or foreign degree equivalent) required.
- Valid and active unrestricted state medical license to practice medicine.
- Board-Certified (BC) or Board-Eligible (BE).
- Proven ability to perform advanced interventional pain procedures (e.g., spinal cord stimulators, kyphoplasty, SI joint fusion).
- Deep knowledge of current comprehensive medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plans for acute and chronic pain.
Salary : $500,000 - $550,000
