Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients per recipes standard.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools.
- Assist in cooking and plating meals to ensure they meet presentation standards.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to maintain safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift.
- Organize product in walk in coolers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Previous breakfast/brunch experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
