As a Bartender at Masa, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience crafting high-quality drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming bar area.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for mixology and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and efficiently
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting is preferred
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to house recipes and standards
Salaries
- Bartender: $6/hour plus tips (~$20-$30 per hour)
