Mas Motors USA, a family-owned dealership with a commitment to excellence, is looking for BDC & Sales Representatives to join our winning team — and we’re hiring ASAP!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle all incoming phone calls, internet leads, and website inquiries
• Respond to customers via phone, email, and text with speed and professionalism
• Set, confirm, and manage appointments for test drives and in-store visits
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives while highlighting key features and value
• Help customers select the right vehicle, explain pricing, and present financing options
• Perform long-term follow-up with unsold leads, showroom visitors, and past clients
• Build and maintain an ongoing customer database for future follow-up and repeat business
• Log and track all customer interactions accurately in CRM and Dealer Center (DMS)
• Negotiate and close sales in a clear, honest, and customer-focused manner
• Deliver vehicles to buyers with clear explanation of features, warranties, and service info
• Stay updated on inventory, vehicle specs, promotions, and competitor offerings
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support other departments when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of dealership experience REQUIRED
• Sales experience in automotive, electronics, appliances, or similar fields
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Strong computer and internet skills; must be comfortable working in CRM and Dealer Center
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a major plus
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Must be drug-free and able to pass pre-employment background checks

Must-Haves:

• Valid Driver’s License
