Ma's Li'l Champs Learning Academy is seeking dedicated, passionate teachers who have the heart to positively impact young lives! We're looking for patient, caring individuals who love working with children and are committed to creating a nurturing learning environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Teach foundational preschool skills through engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans and maintain daily schedules
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classroom spaces
- Uphold a professional and positive attitude in all interactions
- Comply with all state licensing guidelines for child care workers
- Engage actively with children through play, learning, and daily activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Coursework in early childhood education or child development preferred
- Strong team player with the ability to take direction
- Must pass mandatory drug screening
- Must successfully complete a national background check
