Position Duties:
- Operation of Kitchen Equipment
- Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Equipment
- Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets
- Follow Marzonis Standard for preparing quality food in a timely manner
- Stock line and prep food when needed by following FIFO: First in- First out
- Performing other duties as assigned or directed
