Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 830a-430p
- Transport and or pick up clients for appointments and activities as needed; as well as deliver correspondence, contracts and packages when required. Maryville services the counties of Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland.
- Completely maintain agency vehicle, by monitoring routine services (i.e. tune-ups, tire rotation, car washing etc.)
- Maintains order and ensures compliance with rules and regulations; ensures that clients conduct themselves in an orderly manner when on agency property or in agency vehicles.
- Monitor clients for signs of medical distress and/or behavioral concerns on an ongoing basis and through routine bed checks, and addresses and documents where necessary.
- Provide transportation for clients having outside meetings or appointments.
- Review clients’ weekly schedules for appointments, group work and individual sessions; obtains schedule requests from clients.
- Respond appropriately to all medical and other emergencies.
- Provide safe operation and maintenance of vehicles entrusted to their care.
- Performs daily tour of perimeter of the facility to verify security of Maryville, Inc. property and client accountability.
- Performs other duties, tasks, and services as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, knowledge of Addiction Treatment field preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and aid them in adjusting to their specific needs.
- Valid driver’s license, with acceptable driving record and five years of driving experience.
