- Provide behavioral and academic support in both regular and special education classrooms with poise and confidence
- Maintain and operate a variety of assistive technology
- Accept tasks and responsibilities willingly and pleasantly from both teachers and/or case managers
- Demonstrate an aptitude and flexibility to work with multiple schedules and student needs.
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
- Tend to diapering and personal care needs of students
- Maintain student records and confidentiality
- Maintain above average attendance including attendance to necessary in-service and staff trainings/meetings
- Assist with direct observation/data collection and assessment
- Facilitate re-teaching and extra instruction in a wide variety of courses including math, English, social studies, science, and transition activities
