- Proven experience in account management, client services, or customer success, preferably in HR, compliance, or retail services

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects remotely
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
