The Role

The Leadership Growth & Enablement Manager translates leadership development strategy into scalable programs and systems that support leaders across the employee lifecycle. Operating within the Learning Experience team and broader People & Services function and additionally collaborating with other teams throughout the company, this position will build and facilitate professional development experiences that build readiness and capability.

This role is accountable for delivering high-quality programs that are aligned with company culture and standards. The position scope includes programming for existing and emerging leaders, creating ongoing employee enablement and development experiences, and supporting new hire onboarding. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, remote position with a compensation range of $85,000 to $95,000 USD/year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the design, coordination, and delivery of leadership and high-potential employee programs to align with department and organizational strategy, including scheduling, communications, and platform operations across various tools and systems.
  • In partnership with Learning Experience, create and refine leadership programing and other employee enablement resources, specialized program nomination processes, and assessments.
  • Support the creation and implementation of a comprehensive and company-aligned coaching philosophy to guide company-wide learning and training.
  • Coordinate with People Experience to build onboarding plans for new employees and for new Director-level hires and above, including coordination of introductory items, coaching, assessments, and determination of early development focus areas.
  • Track program outcomes and maintain up-to-date reporting to support data-driven decisions.
  • Manage program calendars, materials, dashboards, and participant records to enable seamless delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Travel (<5-10%) may be required with advance notice provided to the employee.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Qualifications

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, talent management, or related fields required.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or similar field strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience creating and administering leadership development programs, sessions, and assessments; background in succession planning and talent review processes ideal.
    • Experience leading and managing teams; skilled in developing trusted relationships and delivering solutions that reflect a deep understanding of organizational and employee needs.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; excellent facilitation skills for small group or targeted sessions.
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with a variety of workplace tools and platforms for collaboration, communication, and educational content creation (e.g., LMS, Microsoft 365, scheduling tools, GenAI tools, Canva).
    • Strong collaboration skills with diverse teams required; international work experience is a plus.
    • Certification or training in coaching and/or leadership assessment administration (e.g., ICF-accredited programs, Hogan, DiSC, CliftonStrengths) preferred.
    • Proven experience supporting Director- and VP-level populations.
    • Previous exposure to federal or state employment law/compliance preferred.

    Physical Requirements

    • Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
    • This role involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving for brief periods of time.
