Key Responsibilities
- Provide ABA services and behavior analytic interventions for children with autism
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide clinical decision-making
- Supervise and train behavior technicians and support staff
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure ethical and clinical compliance with BCBA standards and best practices
