Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician, based in Ellicott City, MD. The Field Service Technician will conduct energy audits, perform HVAC tune-ups and preventative maintenance, and assist with equipment installations and lighting retrofits. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety protocols, troubleshooting system issues, documenting service activities, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The technician will work closely with the project management team to ensure efficient and high-quality implementation of energy-saving solutions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Familiarity with rebate programs and energy efficiency incentives is a plus
- Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or energy auditing are highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites in and around Ellicott City, MD
