Job Description:

Maryland Primary Care & Wellness is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to support our growing Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine program.

This role is focused on pulmonary function testing (PFT) and will work directly with our pulmonary physician to operate a high-efficiency, in-house pulmonary diagnostics service.

This is a structured, systems-driven environment with strong patient volume and clear workflows already in place.

Responsibilities:

• Perform spirometry and pulmonary function testing (PFT)
• Assist with setup and operation of new PFT equipment
• Ensure accurate and high-quality test acquisition
• Educate patients on testing procedures
• Maintain equipment and infection control standards
• Work closely with physician and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
• Experience with spirometry and/or PFT testing preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Strong attention to detail and patient interaction skills
• Willingness to be trained on new PFT systems (training provided if needed)

Schedule:

• Initially 2 days per week
• Potential to expand to 3–5 days/week based on volume growth

Compensation:
