As a Specialty Oncology Retail Pharmacist, you will assist our clinical teams and patients by ensuring safe, accurate, and timely preparation and dispensing of medications so they can receive the best possible care throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities
Here's what might happen on a typical day…
You’ll be the go-to expert for oncology medications, collaborating with physicians and nurses to verify prescriptions, prepare chemotherapy admixtures, and counsel patients on their medications. You’ll manage inventory, ensure compliance with safety and legal standards, and help patients understand how their treatment impacts their daily lives. This role requires precision, compassion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail truly matters.

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
- Current Pharmacist license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered pharmacist.
- Oncology experience preferred; IV admixture skills strongly desired.
