Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Exercise Specialist to join our team. As an Exercise Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing exercise programs for individuals as directed by therapists. Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their exercise programs as needed in consultation with therapist
Skills:
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with body mechanics and proper form during exercise
- Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction preferably in a rehab setting
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and motivate clients
