We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Visual Media Assistant to support our Graphics Design and Visual Media team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling and highly organized in managing digital assets, coordinating freelance talent, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.

Project Management & Media Handling
- Upload, tag, organize, and share photo assets across internal databases and cloud platforms
- Maintain metadata accuracy and ensure consistent file naming conventions
- Assist in curating and archiving visual content for campaigns, events, and publications
- Coordinates with Graphics and Visual Media Manager to schedule shoots and confirm availability
- Prepare shoot briefs and logistical details including location, timing, and equipment needs
- Track deliverables and ensure timely submission of final assets
- Assist with on-site setup and breakdown of visual media productions, including equipment preparation and post-shoot wrap-up.
- Manage calendars, meeting notes, and internal communications for the visual media team
- Maintain inventory of photography equipment and supplies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems (e.g., Photoshelter, Canto, BOX)
- Basic photo editing knowledge (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Bridge) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating freelance creatives or working in a media production setting preferred
- In Office
- Collaborative team culture with creative professionals
- Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required
