Job Description: Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a Senior Equipment Operator at our Talbot County Transfer facility located in Easton, MD. This position provides heavy equipment operation and transport of processed solid waste from Agency facilities and maintains equipment necessary for this purpose. Estimated Pay Range: $50,233.92 - $69,070.88 Benefits: Health Insurance with choice of medical plan and prescription, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance options, along with flexible spending accounts 401K retirement savings program with generous agency match Paid vacation, personal and sick leave Ten paid holidays per year Tuition assistance Minimum Requirements: Graduation from a standard high school or GED plus 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment. Must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. Three years of commercial driving experience, including experience with walking floor trailers, preferred.
