Employee Engagement Manager (Administrator IV) - (Grade 19)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Design and implement internal communication plans that keep employees engaged, informed, and aligned with MVA goals and values.
- Strengthen Employee Engagement: Lead programs, events and initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, well-being, and active participation in company culture.
- Craft Clear, Compelling Content: Create messages, newsletters, video, presentations, and other materials that are concise, engaging, and impactful designed to educate and inform MVA employees.
- Facilitate Collaboration: Act as a bridge between leadership and employees, ensuring a seamless flow of information and feedback across all levels of the organization.
- Measure and Report Success: Monitor the effectiveness of communication and engagement initiatives, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to continuously improve.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in internal communications, employee engagement, or related fields.
- Proven ability to lead and execute communication campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Adept at building relationships and fostering collaboration within teams.
- Familiarity with communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, email marketing software, content management systems).
- Creative and strategic mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Two (2) years of experience working in the State or Federal Government.
