Main Purpose of Job:
At the Potomac Center/SETT facility, our collegial teams provide quality, person-centered support to adults (some court referred) with behavioral health challenges and intellectual disabilities/autism at our residential campus in Hagerstown, Maryland. Our aim is to help our residents learn adaptive behavior skills and return to the community.
Our center consists of a 62-bed licensed Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) , and Therapeutic Treatment (SETT) Program, a 32-bed licensed Forensic Residential Center, that provides services to individuals with intellectual disabilities who are court involved. The center sits on a lovely campus just outside southern Pennsylvania and about 1.5 hours from Washington, DC.

*The State of Maryland will now reimburse for newly obtained Maryland licensure available after successful completion of a six month probationary period.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Determined by the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Psychologists under the licensing requirements for Psychologists (Ph.D. OR PsyD). Must hold a current, active Maryland license.
Experience: Minimum two years of experience rendering psychological services or engaged in psychological research after receipt of the Psychologist license.

- Skill in assessment, CBT, BSCA certification (strongly desired)
- Excellent communication, motivational and team building skills

Salary: $102,426.00 - $149,781 with potential to grow to $165,372.00/year
