Position Overview
We are looking for a qualified, dependable School Age Teacher to join our School Age program (5 year old ). The teacher will lead activities, support children with homework, and keep the classroom safe, organized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Lead activities, games, and outdoor play.
- Help children with homework.
- Encourage positive behavior and friendships.
- Keep the classroom clean and organized.
- Communicate with families and staff.
- Work full days on non-school days, with occasional field trips.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working with school-age children.
- Able to lead a group and follow classroom routines.
- Patient, organized, and comfortable working with children and families.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Able to pass required background checks and complete required health documentation.
- Able to participate in indoor and outdoor activities.
