Description
The Director of Facilities is responsible for the preventative maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all agency buildings (including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems) grounds, and vehicles.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor quality of maintenance and repair work through periodic inspection and supervision
- Cost-effective management of purchasing maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and building codes
- Supervise Facilities Team - supporting the growth and development of those supervised by including consistent coaching and direct feedback
- Respond to emergency calls during non-business hours and determine appropriate corrective measures.

- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience in the field of maintenance and construction including supervision of employees required
- Have knowledge of building maintenance techniques including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, fire and safety regulations and procedures
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to drive per the Maryhurst driving policy
