• Three years' experience in quality assurance, project management, and planning healthcare, or human service agency required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Key duties include overseeing the Electronic Health Record system, program evaluation, incident management, funding and licensure submissions, and contributing to grant writing and reporting.
