We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate MH/SUD Case Manager (CDCA) to join our team at Maryhaven. To be successful in this role, you will have acquired a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Behavioral Healthcare field, or an Associate's degree in Human Services or Behavioral Healthcare field with relevant experience in chemical dependency treatment.
In addition to your educational background, we require the State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification.

Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for substance use disorder and mental health case management and treatment planning for youth and adults referred to Maryhaven for treatment.
