Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or behavioral healthcare field, or associate's degree with relevant experience.
- State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification required.
