Job Summary:
Promote a supportive community environment while supervising residents in developing social, recreational, ADL, and independent living skills, and overall community integration.
Responsibilities:
- Safely supervise residents to ensure their well-being and promote independence.
- Communicate resident needs and household requirements to supervisors.
- Implement individualized program plans and schedules, accurately completing corresponding data.
- Maintain knowledge of resident and household issues.
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Monitor dietary compliance and facilitate resident choice.
- Lead and participate in recreational activities, outings, and daily living tasks, assisting in schedule development.
- Transport residents and other driving tasks as requested.
- Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner.
