Site Supervisor Requirements
- Masters degree in human services or behavioral science with one year of counseling experience in chemical dependence or mental health treatment.
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Certification is LICDC, LISW, LPCC or any combination. Certification must be obtained within licensing body guidelines if not currently certified.
- Two years of paid full-time experience in chemical dependency or mental health treatment or equivalent.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to lead our Delaware/Mt. Gilead offices in providing chemical dependency and mental health counseling, case management, and treatment planning for clients referred to Maryhaven for treatment.
The Site Supervisor will work under the direction of VP of Regional Services to foster a culture that embodies dignity, excellence, and quality care for all.
