Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Design & Course Creation
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs specifically tailored for manufacturing roles (including safety, compliance, equipment operation, and quality assurance).
- Translate complex technical manuals and operational procedures into engaging, easy-to-digest training modules for floor staff.
- Training Schedule & Needs Assessment
- Coordinate and maintain the comprehensive Annual Training Schedule, ensuring zero disruption to production shifts.
- Conduct regular skills gap analyses and development needs assessments across various departments to proactively identify training opportunities.
- Career Pathing & Talent Development
- Collaborate with leadership to develop, launch, and coordinate structured employee career paths, helping frontline workers see a clear trajectory from entry-level to leadership.
- Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on development opportunities aligned with career goals.
- Tracking, Metrics, and Quarterly Reviews
- Track and document all employee training records within our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring 100% compliance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate and track the quarterly performance review process, ensuring managers complete reviews on time and translating review data into actionable training initiatives.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Participate actively in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement events (e.g., town halls, appreciation weeks, team-building activities) to foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills
What you bring to the factory floor and the HR office:
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, or HR, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, and e-learning authoring tools.
- Project Management: Stellar organizational skills with a proven track record of managing an annual calendar and tracking quarterly review cycles.
- Communication Style: Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills, with the unique ability to connect equally well with executive leadership and shift workers.
- Creativity: A knack for making compliance training interesting and turning standard company events into memorable team-building experiences.
