The Mary T Family of Companies is currently hiring a full-time Program Manager to manage 2 group homes in Bloomington, MN.
This position is responsible for managing the overall operations of 2 group home locations. The Program Manager will manage the following duties including, but not limited to, daily staffing, performance management, client programming, training, and budgeting. Both homes have residents that require a high level of medical care, so ideal candidates will have experience in this area.
Responsibilities include:
- Manages two Site Supervisors and several Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Completes documentations including: SCOMMs, communication with IDT as needed, and documenting of clients' new medications
- Prepares and completes regular reports
- Completes bi-weekly scheduling of DSPs and fills open shifts as needed
- Completes on-shift requirements
- Provides supervision and work direction
- Completes other duties as assigned that pertain to this position
- Providing direct cares as needed
- Covers open shifts when needed
Schedule:
This is a full-time position, generally daytime hours (8a-4p). The Program Manager is expected to be on-site at the group home locations for 40 hours per week and will need to be able to flex their schedule to cover open shifts for daytime, evening and weekend hours as necessary.

Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a group home required
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred, however will consider 4 years of experience in lieu of a 4-year degree
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must have the ability to pass a background check through DHS
- A willingness to work hard and a desire to help others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
